1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing any application from Amethyst Apps Studio (including Search Pulse), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall our applications immediately.

2. Description of Service

Amethyst Apps provides high-performance software solutions for Shopify and BigCommerce merchants. Our services are provided on a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time to ensure the security and performance of our infrastructure.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Billing: All subscription fees are billed through the Shopify or BigCommerce platform. Amethyst Apps does not directly collect or store your credit card information.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be handled according to the Shopify App Store refund policy. Please contact our support team if you have billing disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

The “Amethyst Apps” name, logos, and the underlying code for Search Pulse are the exclusive property of Amethyst Apps Studio. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own retail store.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amethyst Apps is built on a high-speed, serverless architecture designed for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for any lost profits or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including store downtime or data processing delays.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app from your store. Upon uninstallation, your access to the service will be revoked, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
