Most small businesses still send quotes as a WhatsApp message or a PDF, then wait, chase, and chase again for a yes and a deposit. Big job-management systems can do this, but they cost £30–60 a month and do a hundred things you’ll never use.
Greenlit does one job well. Fill in a quick form on your phone, send the link, and your customer sees a tidy, professional quote they can accept and pay with one tap. They see the quote with your logo, tick to accept your terms, and pay the deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

You’re greenlit
You get an instant alert and the money goes to your Stripe account. Both of you get a receipt automatically.

Common questions
Does my customer need an account?
No. They just open the link.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. Setting one up takes a few minutes, and Greenlit guides you through it.
Is accepting online binding?
Customers accept your quote and your terms, and Greenlit records their name and the date and time. It’s the same as them signing a paper quote. Your own terms decide the details, such as refunds on deposits.
Can I use it alongside my accounting software?
Yes. Receipts and payments can be downloaded. Direct links to Xero and QuickBooks are planned.
